Política de reembolso
Aceptamos solicitudes de devolución dentro de los 14 días posteriores a la entrega del pedido.
Para solicitar una devolución, el producto debe estar sin usar y en las mismas condiciones en las que fue recibido. El cliente deberá ponerse en contacto con nosotros para solicitar la devolución.
Una vez que recibamos e inspeccionemos el producto, informaremos al cliente si el reembolso ha sido aprobado. Si se aprueba, el reembolso se realizará utilizando el mismo método de pago utilizado para realizar la compra.
Los gastos de envío de la devolución correrán por cuenta del cliente, excepto cuando el producto haya llegado defectuoso o sea incorrecto.
No se aceptarán devoluciones de productos usados, dañados por el cliente o que no se encuentren en las mismas condiciones en las que fueron recibidos.
To request a return, the product must be unused and in the same conditions in which it was received. The customer must contact us to request a return.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will inform the customer if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be made using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except when the product has arrived defective or is incorrect.
Returns of used products, damaged by the customer or that are not in the same conditions in which they were received will not be accepted.
